On November 6, 2002, the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) and Hillwood/ San Bernardino, LLC (Hillwood) entered into a comprehensive Master Disposition and Development Agreement (MDDA), affecting the commercial and industrial portions of the former Norton Air Force Base, now referred to as Alliance California. This has been an extremely successful public-private partnership which has produced over 15.2 million square feet of development to date and has an additional 1.6 million square feet planned, over $1 billion in private investment, and creation of over 12,855 jobs. This growth and development has encompassed properties on the former Base and throughout the project area. IVDA offers over 250 acres of prime property ideal for commercial and industrial development, with all zoning and environmental reports completed.

Beautiful, newly expanded, state-of-the-art facilities and comprehensive support services have attracted a number of leading commercial and industrial tenants, including Fortune 500 companies and leading manufacturers. The SBD Airport’s complex serves and supports the logistics of a wide range of companies based in Los Angeles, across Southern California, in Mexico and the south eastern U.S. including Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
