SUBMITTING A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST:

PUBLIC RECORDS ACT INFORMATION:
Public Records Act Information: Pursuant to provisions of the Public Records Act, the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) has ten (10) days to determine practicability of this request, or to determine if the records requested are exempt pursuant provisions of said Act. Every effort will be made to provide the requested document(s) as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, if the requested document(s) have not been archived, requested document(s) can be provided on the day of the request.
ESTIMATED COST FOR REQUESTED INFORMATION/RECORDS:
Costs will be charged pursuant to the most recently adopted Schedule of Fees. Photocopies: $.10 per page; Electronic Copies (if available): $25 per CD. If you request a cost estimate prior to copying, please note in your Public Information Request. Otherwise, fees as determined by the Clerk of the Board, plus postage if mailed, will be required.
